A family-run farm high in Puebla’s volcanic mountains, and brought straight to us with transparency and fairness from seed to cup. Our flagship dark roast with rich sweetness, this coffee greets you with bold notes of toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, and hints of nuts, perfect, bold, and smooth, whether you sip it black or with a little milk.
